IWFM in Facilities Management - Level 4 Certificate 

Level 4 is for those aspiring to achieve in fm and it is pitched at the same standard as HNC and provides a broad understanding of facilities management for experienced operations managers who are responsible for a wide range of FM functions. The IWFM Level 4 Certificate is a 24-credit qualification made up of two mandatory units with a combined credit value of 12 and optional units with a combined value of at least 12 credits taking roughly 6 months to complete.

This is a challenging, stimulating and professionally relevant course which is designed to reflect the ability to identify and use relevant understanding, methods and skills to address problems that are well defined and complex and non-routine. It includes taking responsibility for action as well as exercising autonomy and judgement within broad parameters within facilities management. The qualification is suitable for those aspiring to become facilities managers or those in middle management with little fm experience and who wish to enhance their specialist and management skills.

The cost is £1580 including IWFM qualification registration. Payment in instalment available to lessen the financial burden and spread payments over the duration of the course.

No formal education background is needed but at least one year’s experience in FM is necessary.
